Who is responsible for the app?

Simply Agile Pricing is the publisher of the Simply Agile Pricing Apple Watch app and this website. For questions about this statement or the app’s use of information, email adam@adamhow.es.

Information handled by the app

The app stores the following information locally on your Apple Watch:

• Your selected Great Britain electricity region.
• Any tariff product-code override you enter.
• Your chosen low, medium, and high price-band thresholds.
• Recently downloaded Agile rate data, the time it was fetched, and the associated product and region.

This information supports the app and its complications. It is kept in the app’s local shared storage and is not sent to Simply Agile Pricing.

Information we do not collect

The app has no user accounts and does not ask for or collect your name, email address, Octopus Energy credentials, API key, meter details, personal energy consumption, bills, payment information, precise location, advertising identifier, or analytics data.

Requests to Octopus Energy

To display prices, the app connects directly to the Octopus Energy public API. Requests contain the selected electricity region, tariff product information, and the date and time range needed to retrieve published rates. As with any internet request, Octopus Energy may also receive technical information such as your IP address and request metadata.

Octopus Energy handles information it receives under its own privacy policy. Simply Agile Pricing does not control Octopus Energy’s systems or retention practices.

Storage and retention

Locally cached prices are refreshed and replaced as the app downloads newer rates. Your settings remain until you change them or remove the app and its associated data from your device. Simply Agile Pricing has no server-side copy of this app data.

This website

This website does not set cookies, use analytics, show advertising, include a contact form, or use browser storage. It loads its text, styles, and images directly from this site without third-party scripts or fonts.

The web-hosting provider may automatically process and retain standard access and security logs, which can include an IP address, browser or device details, the requested page, and a timestamp. These logs are part of operating and protecting the web service and are not used by Simply Agile Pricing for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Sharing and sale of information

Simply Agile Pricing does not sell personal information. The app does not share information with advertising or analytics companies. Its only external network requests are those needed to retrieve public pricing information from Octopus Energy.

Changes to this statement

This statement may be updated if the app, website, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date.
